Who operates Orrery
Orrery Intelligence is operated by SkyInnovations Aerospace & Defence Pty Ltd (ABN 30 686 883 643), Australia. This policy explains how information is handled on the current public Orrery website.
Information we collect
When you use Contact or Request Access, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, organisation, role, work email, country or region, area of interest and message. Our servers also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, requested path, browser or network information and security events.
Orrery uses Google Analytics 4 on the production public site to understand aggregate use and high-level actions. Enquiry analytics events contain no names, email addresses, organisations or message content.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to professional enquiries and access requests, maintain an operational record, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and protect the service. Access requests are reviewed; submission does not guarantee access.
Disclosure and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, security, analytics or professional service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Orrery. We do not publish enquiry records or route them into Orrery's intelligence, source, observation, acquisition or authority records. We do not sell submitted enquiry information.
Security and retention
We use access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the website and restrict public access to enquiry records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for review, correspondence, operational records, security and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them under the operator's retention process.
International users
Orrery is operated from Australia. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in Australia or in locations used by our service providers, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
